Christianias Football Club fascinating origin story. Back in 1980, a group of locals from Christianshavn and Christiania decided to kick a ball around together. After some friendly matches, they realized they needed something more substantial—a“real” club. So, they took the plunge and entered the DAI season in 1981 as“Ms Håbet”(which translates to“FC Hope”). However, during that very season, they had a change of heart. The players wanted to solely represent Christiania. Which is where the official birth of CSC (Christianias Sports Club) took place, and in 1982, they stepped onto the field for their first “real” season in the national league “KBU”. Now, with their eyes set on the stars, this football club aims to climb the rankings and cement their legacy as the illest football club in the world!
